札記 -- 2008GlobalGreensCobference巴西全球綠人大會 高中時簡單學習過的議事規則，在巴西全球綠黨大會的這幾天，有如一堂英語文版的溫習課程，修正案（ AMENDMENT ）成了在開會中最常聽到的一個詞彙，偶爾代之以替代案（ REPLACEMENT ）的討論建議形式出現。通常會在投影片中，以粗體字表示修正案；以粗體加底線表示替代案。 忘了是在哪看到「溝通的基礎，是相互尊重與平等。」在與 Robin 的聊天中，談到現代人越來越少溝通，或許是因為談話時即時的回應與互動，讓人的思考與反應時間比較少，形成一種無形的真誠與壓力。這樣的互動，在高度分工的都市生活中，似乎更屬難得；約兩個禮拜的團體生活，讓我重新想起之前參與人本教育基金會的森林育活動。較以人的本性與平等為基礎而產生的關係，看似缺乏控制與效率，卻讓人因為相互的尊重而更有主動參與的意願，這似乎是與傳統的管理制度差異極大之處。 INGRID BETANCOURT 在 2001 年的會議中這樣說「我們正舉著新人文主義的旗幟，」參加此次會議之後似乎更能體會她所說的話。 許多的想法在他人的演講，與他人的談話中，被激盪修正；原先的「全球安息年、週休五日工作兩日」到了最後一天，漸漸退位成為一種更長遠的期待，需要更長久推動的主張；以生態體系脈絡之下的「智人」身分的政治認同，來取代「國家、族群、階級 …… 」等既有的主流身份認同，成了另一種更為急切或基進的念頭。 對於未來的一個建議「建立全球邊境保護網」 Suggestion amendment to 21 points. by Suzan from US; Hercules from Brazil; Huck & Robin from Taiwan. “We humans, with our political boundaries, our focus on territory protection and militarism and by dividing nature into species, resources…etc. have obstructed and stopped the natural evolution of Earth.
